Chef Katz is the Cleveland-based chef and proprietor of Fire Food and Drink at historic Shaker Square, and chef/partner of Provenance at The Cleveland Museum of Art.

Chef Katz uses local and artisan ingredients whenever possible.  Not only is the chef an avid supporter of local farmers, but he truly believes when you buy local the food tastes better!  He encourages you to buy from local sources whenever possible.
